We hear that you’re working with some vendors to make your event awesome. In order for your vendor to be approved to work at The Yacht Club, we need some additional information.
Please compile the following items from each vendor in order to complete the required form at the bottom of the page:
Certificates of Insurance
Two certificates of insurance from each vendor are required according to the samples here:
Vendor Agreement
Each vendor must complete Crew’s Vendor Agreement. Please obtain your vendor’s signature on the form below (upload is required as a component of registration).
Vendor Registration
For each vendor, have the following information at the ready:
Vendor name (company)
Space access time
Vendor guest name(s)
Vendor guest email address(es)
