Holywater is a family-run oyster house in the heart of the French Quarter.

A deeply personal restaurant Conceived over years of wild nights – in bars, on boats, and in dining rooms far and wide – that celebrates the indulgences of New Orleans.

Drinks

We enjoy a good drink (or four), and we serve what we like – variations on classic, forgotten, and high-school-era cocktails; wines you can feel good about, celebratory bubbles, and the coldest beer in town.

Food

Let by executive chef, Alex Harrell, the dining menu is concise, and everything on it is what you want. It leans on oysters and fruits de mer, caviar, an exceptional smash burger, lobster frites, our mom’s famous pralines, and gumbo till it runs dry.
