The fire hoses on the 1961 F.D.N.Y. Governor Alfred E. Smith have been converted into taps to dispense drinks, accompanying bites like salt cod hush puppies, ceviche with chips, barbecue prawn skewers, jerk chicken sandwiches and piña colada ice cream.
